Free return shipping within 30 days
At Slowjuice.nl, we want you to be completely satisfied with every single one of your purchases. We believe that the creation of a bridge between consumers and Slowjuice.nl depends on high quality products and extraordinary Customer Service. You can return ship your product for free within 30 days.
Refunds will not be available if the returned product has been damaged or altered in any way before arriving at the Customer Service Centre. If possible make use of the original packaging when returning an item to ensure that it arrives in the same condition it was in when you received it.
As a safeguard against potential abuse, Slowjuice.nl reserves the right to deny a refund to anyone who has made what we determine to be excessive returns.
You can return ship your undamaged product for free if:
- You return the item within the trial period of 30 days. The period begins on the day after receiving your product.
- The product is in its original condition and if possible make use of the original packaging.
- The product is slightly used (There is not much squeezed, grind or blended).
- If the product is returned uncleaned or can't be resold, 75% of the purchase price will be refunded to the customer.
- Inform our Customer Service department that you wish to return a product
- You will receive a confirmation by email or phone of your request
- You will receive instruction by email or phone on how to return your product.
- Upon receipt of your shipment, we will exchange the defect product (if in stock) or refund the product depending on your preferences.
After receiving the return, Slowjuice.nl will refund the purchase price of the product. The return price will be refunded to the bank account of the buyer by Slowjuice.nl as soon as possible, with a maximum of 14 days. This period will start when the consumer returns the article.
Attention: the cost of insurance for a return shall be borne by the buyer. Slowjuice.nl is never liable for any damage incurred when returning the package.
Slowjuice.nl won't accept or exchange returns if:
- you have tried to repair a defect yourself.
- you didn't follow the manual.
Defects at the time of acceptance
If your product shows defects at the time of acceptance, please contact our Customer Service department as soon as possible. We will try to offer you an appropriate solution.
