The Biochef Quantum is the latest model in the series of Biochef. The 2nd generation press screw, the ingredients are slowly pressed without heating and finely ground. The body is made of brushed metal and therefore has a beautiful design.
The large filling opening (8 cm diameter) makes it easy to fill the Quantum with vegetables and fruit. While juicing, it is also possible to add the ingredients in the small filling opening.
The powerful 400-watt motor can juice for up to 60 minutes without interruption, while the appliance remains extremely quiet during use.
The Quantum is supplied with four sieves: fine juice sieve, extra-fine juice sieve, coarse juice sieve and dense sieve for, among other things, making baby food and sorbet ice cream.
