Wheatgrass juice is pure juice extracted from young wheatgrass.
Our digestive system is not designed to digest grass, but the juice from the grass is. The juice consists of about 70% chlorophyll (better known as leaf green, the substance responsible for photosynthesis) and the juice also contains active enzymes, vitamins, minerals, amino acids and other nutrients.

For comparison; a 30 ml glass of fresh wheat juice corresponds to 2 pieces of fruit and 2 ounces of vegetables!
