Lentil sprouts can be used as raw vegetables, but steamed they are even better! This beautiful (double) sprout vegetable is easy to digest and is very suitable for use in soups and salads. They contain; B1, B2, C and iron. Tip: steam lentil sprouts for 10 minutes, then drizzle with olive oil (and / or vinegar). Sprinkle some oregano or basil + cumin or chore seed. Nutrients: Source of vitamins B1, C, iron and phosphorus. Rich in vitamin B11 (folic acid).

Soak the seeds in cold water for 12 hours
Rinse with clean water in a sieve
Scatter the seeds in fine layers in a germinator
Then water the sprouts 2 to 3 times a day
Germination: 2 to 4 days
Wash the sprout seeds well to remove the shell
