In addition, this blender from the Vitamix ASCENT series is equipped with a variable speed control and a pulse function so that you can also prepare the most delicious recipes manually. The powerful blender can even prepare frozen ingredients.

The newly designed containers of the ASCENT series of powerful blenders are a special feature. All containers are equipped with SELF-DETECT technology, which enables automatic container recognition. This means that the machine adapts the automatic programmes to the container in question and only starts when the container is correctly positioned on the motor block. The smoothie programme runs shorter if the container is small and has less capacity, saving both time and electricity. For example, the hot soup programme can only be used if a recipe with a lid opening is used so that the steam can escape. If a programme is not suitable for the connected container, the mixing process will not start. This increases safety. 

The included 2-litre container has a transparent lid with a locking system, which means that the A3500i power blender will not start until the lid is properly closed. Thanks to the transparent lid, you can keep a close eye on everything. ls you want to add ingredients during processing, you can do so at a low blade speed via the convenient locking valve in the lid.
