What products can be squeezed by a Slowstar slowjuicer?
The Slowstar is very suitable for squeezing firm and soft vegetables and fruits. The machine isn’t made for leafy/fibrous products. The same goes for squeezing wheatgrass.
What is the quality of the juice you get from the Slowstar?
The juice that comes from the Slowstar is similar to that of the Cooksense. Vitamins and minerals are retained by the slow squeezing. As with other vertical juicers there will be some pulp in the juice.
How to clean the Slowstar slowjuicer?
The parts of the Slowstar are not dishwasher safe. The best way to clean the juicer is by running a glass of water in the slowjuicer. Turn the juicer on for a short time with the non-drip juice cap closed and the parts will be rinsed. Subsequently, all parts of the Slowstar can best cleaned in the sink with warm water using the included brush.
