Wartmann WM-2512 DH Dehydrator 12 Trays

The Wartmann Dehydrator WM-2512 DH is a powerful and high-quality food dehydrator. This stainless steel version with a black finish combines a large drying surface with a compact size, allowing you to process large quantities without taking up much space.

Extra large drying capacity with 12 trays

With no less than 12 stainless steel drying racks (trays) and a total drying surface of approximately 1.2 m², this dehydrator is ideal for larger batches. The trays measuring 30 x 28 cm offer plenty of space for fruit, vegetables, herbs, meat and more. Thanks to the generous 3 cm spacing between the trays, you can also dry larger items such as bananas, halved tomatoes or mushrooms without removing any trays.

Even and efficient drying

The powerful rear-mounted fan creates a horizontal airflow across all trays. This ensures that all products are dried evenly without the need to rotate trays. The double-wall construction provides excellent insulation and energy efficiency, using up to 75% less energy than a conventional oven.

Versatile in use

The Wartmann WM-2512 DH is suitable for much more than just drying. Make your own dried fruit, vegetable chips, herbs or fruit leather. It can also be used for fermentation processes, proofing dough or keeping food warm.

Full control with precise settings

Using the modern touch control panel, you can easily set the temperature (25 to 90 °C) and time (30 minutes to 72 hours). Both can be adjusted in small increments, giving you full control over the drying process. The glass door and optional LED interior lighting allow you to monitor the drying process without opening the appliance.

Safe and easy to clean

The stainless steel trays and removable drip tray are dishwasher safe. Thanks to the smooth touch panel and high-quality materials, the appliance is easy to clean. The Wartmann dehydrator is equipped with overheat protection and automatically switches off if temperatures become too high.
