With the Hendi Dehydrator oven you can easily dry fruit, vegetables, meat, fish, herbs and much more. This version has 6 stainless steel drawers / trays with a size of 33.0 x 30.5 cm (maximum 500 grams per drawer / tray). The drawers are easy to change and clean (also dishwasher safe). They have a spacing of 25 mm.
It is possible to set the temperature of the Hendi drying oven from 35 ° to 70 ° C. The automatic fans circulate the warm air for an even result. The drying process can also be closely monitored through the transparent door. The Hendi Dehydrator oven comes with a transparent drip mat that can also be used for making fruit leather.
