Ik gebruik de Kuvings AUTO10S nu enkele weken en ik ben echt onder de indruk. Dit model is ontworpen om het juicen nog makkelijker te maken, en dat merk je meteen.
- Je hoeft niet handmatig te duwen; de machine “trekt” het fruit en de groente vanzelf naar binnen.
- De AUTO10S is aan de prijzige kant. Maar als je dagelijks sap maakt, is de investering het zeker waard.

Na vele Slowjuicer versleten te hebben, was ik opzoek naar een een betere Slowjuicer. De Kuvings 10 S ben ik na veel onderzoek uitgekomen. Vul trechter is lekker groot en kan een hoop in. Je hoeft ook niet alles klein te snijden. Scheelt een hoop tijd. Sapopbrengst is goed en pulp is redelijk droog. Schoonmaken is zo gedaan.

Ik zal even het scenario schetsen. Ik ben bleekselderij gaan juicen doordat ik in aanraking kwam met Medical Medium Mijn moeder had een XL juicer van Philips nog staan. Dat ding is denk ik meer dan 10 jaar oud. Wat een ramp was dit ding! Lastig schoonmaken, veels te veel pulp bleef erover en vooral heel erg nat! Denk dat er echt veel sap verloren is gegaan. Daarmee 3 maanden gejuiced totdat mijn ouders terug waren van hun vakantie. Ik heb mijn moeder ervan kunnen overtuigen om een andere juicer te gaan gebruiken. Na veel reviews te hebben gezien op YouTube, besloot ik deze Kuvings Auto10 cadeau te doen aan mijn moeder. Waarom? Zo'n verticale handmatige juicer is lastig voor haar, omdat ze niet veel kracht in haar handen en armen heeft op hoge leeftijd. Ikzelf zou voor de Kuvings Revo830 gaan. Voorbereidingswerk is nu wel wat langer dan voorheen. Ik was de bleekselderij eerst met een pesticiden reinigingsapparaat. Daarna snijden we de bleekselderij eerst in grote stukken en stoppen dit in de hopper, maar de machine doet er dan langer over om alles weg te krijgen. Voor bleekselderij helpt het om de stengels in stukjes te snijden van 1 tot 1.5 cm ongeveer. De opbrengst van 1 bleekselderij is echt zoveel beter dan met de oude juicer. De pulp is droger, komt er plat en compact uit vergeleken met de oude juicer. De sap is helderder van kleur. Alleen zeef ik het nog wel een keer na met een kleine handzeef als ik het uitschenk in een drinkglas. Er blijft dan nog wat beetje drab achter, maar dat is echt niets vergeleken met de oude juicer. De smaak van de sap is echt zoveel beter dan van de oude juicer. Ik proef echt een verschil. Het schoonmaken is binnen 5 minuten gedaan. Met de oude juicer was ik alleen al 20 minuten bezig met alles af te wassen. Na het juicen, spoel ik nog de Kuvings Auto10 door met water, zodat de meeste zooi erdoorheen is gespoeld naar buiten. Daarna was ik alles af met lauwwarm water en sommige onderdelen met een sopje. Soms gebruik ik de handige schoonmaakborstels, maar meestal kan ik de achterblijvende pulp gemakkelijk losspoelen. Ik laat alles ff uitlekken en droog zoveel mogelijk af. Alleen de strainer, de juicing screw en de rotation wiper laat ik na het groffe afdrogen op een velletje keukenpapier op de eettafel verder drogen. De juicing bowl en de hopper vergen na het groffe afdrogen ook wel wat langere droogtijd op het afwasrek, maar binnen 2 uur is alles zeker droog en kan ik er weer mee aan de slag als ik dat wil. Qua geluid is de Kuvings Auto10 echt stukken stiller dan die oude juicer. Met de oude juicer durfde ik niet om 5am te gaan juicen, want ik wilde de buren niet wakker maken met dat harde lawaai
